Feature requests buried in support chats
Visitors mention ideas while asking for help. RoadmapAI finds them without your operators tagging anything.
Install the RoadmapAI plugin on your Crisp website to pull feature requests out of chats and email customers when what they asked for ships.
In Crisp, open Plugins (the Marketplace), search for RoadmapAI and click "Install". Pick the website you want to capture requests from. The plugin works on every Crisp plan, including Free.
Tip: The plugin only reads. It never writes in your conversations, changes contacts or closes conversations.
In Crisp, open Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations. Your Website ID is shown there. It looks like 8c0f4d57-2b0e-4c8f-9e43-6f1a2b3c4d5e. It is also in the address bar of your Crisp inbox, after /website/.
In RoadmapAI, open Integrations from the sidebar, find the Crisp section, paste the Website ID and click "Connect". RoadmapAI checks that the plugin is installed and that your RoadmapAI email is an operator on that website.
Open Configure and choose which updates the visitor gets by email, at the address they gave in the chat (approval and shipped are the usual picks). Visitors who left no email are not contacted. Add your own team's emails or domain under "Ignored senders" so test chats are skipped. Click "Save settings".

Weeks later, when the item is Completed, the visitor gets an email at the address they gave in the chat.
The plugin is not installed on the website with that ID. Install it from the Crisp Marketplace, check you copied the ID of the same website, and try again.
Sign in to RoadmapAI with the email you use in Crisp, or invite that email as an operator in Crisp, or ask an operator to connect it.
The plugin was removed from the website in Crisp. Install it again, then paste the Website ID once more.
Add your team's email addresses, or the whole domain, under "Ignored senders" in Configure. Chats with no email are always read.
